Booking terms

A website submission is a request to book. A reservation is secured once Innfluences confirms availability and receives the required one-night accommodation deposit.

Rates and charges

Rates are displayed in United States dollars. Live is US$150 per night, Love is US$175 per night, and Linger is US$160 per night. A US$30 cleaning fee applies per booking. Love accommodates up to four guests; a fourth guest adds US$75 per stay.

Deposit and balance

One night’s accommodation is required as a deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before arrival.

Occupancy

Live and Linger accommodate up to three guests. Love includes a sofa bed and accommodates up to four guests.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Confirmed guests receive digital-lock access instructions, allowing convenient late arrival after check-in time. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

House rules

No loud music or parties are permitted. Guests are asked to respect the property and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Cancellation and no-show

Cancel at least seven days before arrival for a full refund of the one-night deposit. If a guest does not arrive for the reservation, the one-night deposit is forfeited.
